<br /> THE PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID LOT 21 BEING CONVEYED IN THE DEED
<br /> FROM JEFFREY T. GORDON TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, DATED SEPTEMBER 21, 1995, AND
<br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 1178, PAGE 116 OF THE NAMED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS;
<br /> THE PERIMETER OF SAID 0.012 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
<br /> DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
<br /> COMMENCING at a 3/8 inch iron rod found (Grid Coordinates=Northing 13,874,664.81 U.S. ft., Easting
<br /> 2,304,815.30 U.S,ft.)for an angle point in the south right-of-way line of Hummingbird Hollow(right-of-way
<br /> width varies), for the northwest corner of said Lot 21;
<br /> THENCE South 11023'09" East, with the west line of said Lot 21, passing at a distance of 0.50 feet, a
<br /> calculated point for the northeast corner of Lot 20-A, Plat of Lots 19-A, 19-B, and 20-A, Spring Lake West
<br /> Subdivision, a Subdivision of Record,dated February 7, 2002, and recorded in Volume 10, Page 196 of the
<br /> Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, and continuing with the west line of said Lot 21, being the east line of
<br /> said Lot 20-A, for a total distance of 50.44 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING hereof(Grid Coordinates =

<br /> 5/8 inch iron rod found for the southwest corner of said Lot 21, being the southeast corner of said
