AECOSYSTEM <br /> PLANNING & <br /> RESTORATION <br /> - Review Construction Sequence and Special Provisions — Revisions to the construction sequence will be <br /> prepared. Any additional special provisions required due to the use of natural channel design procedures will be <br /> incorporated. <br /> - Revise Construction Access, Erosion Control, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans — Temporary <br /> Road access to the construction site and the stream will be provided in the plans. In addition,sediment and erosion <br /> control devices and practices, as well as stortnwater prevention controls,will be shown on the plans. <br /> - Revise Calculate Earthwork and Quantities—Cut/fill quantity estimates will be generated and shown on the <br /> plans. The quantities of instreain structures,vegetation, erosion control devices, and all other pertinent items will <br /> be finalized. <br /> - Revised Estimate of Construction Costs —EPR will provide CLIENT with a preliminary estimate of the <br /> construction costs associated with the project. This estimate will include material quantities and costs associated <br /> with earthwork,instream structures, stabilization practices,and revegetation of the site. <br /> 99% and 100% design plan submittals are anticipated following the 95% design plan submittal to address minor <br /> review comments and finalize the plan sets.The 99%design plans will be sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed <br /> in the state of Texas and marked for review purposes only.The 100%design plan set will be sealed for construction <br /> as described in the existing contract. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Revised 95% Design Plan Sheets - At the 95% design level, EPR will submit half-size plan sheets to <br /> CLIENT in PDF format for the CLIENT's use. The plan sheets at the 95%design level will include a title <br /> sheet,details for any proposed structures,a construction sequence and quantities estimate,stream design,a <br /> vegetation planting plan,and erosion control plan. <br /> • Revised Hydraulic Model&Report—a digital copy of the hydraulic model including the HEC-RAS model, <br /> report and supporting output/results tables in PDF format. <br /> • Revised 99% Design Plan Sheets - At the 99% design level, EPR will submit full-size plan sheets to <br /> CLIENT in PDF format for the CLIENT's use. The plan sheets at the 95% design level will include a title <br /> sheet,details for any proposed structures,a construction sequence and quantities estimate,stream design,a <br /> vegetation planting plan,and erosion control plan. <br /> 6.PROJECT ADMINISTRATION& MEETINGS <br /> The CONSULTANT will provide general project administration including effort to coordinate team members, <br /> invoices for work, and other administrative efforts to execute the project. Time is also included for CLIENT calls <br /> and meetings in addition to the design reviews. <br /> ADDITIONAL FEE <br /> The total lump sum fee for these services is $31,985.
