Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 — Consultation with <br />Attorney, and Section 551.074 — Personnel, the San Marcos City Council convened into <br />Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008 in order to continue <br />discussing matters pertaining to: <br />PDFConvert.2583.1.RM0303008 Minutes.doc <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
