Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Special Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666. <br />3. Consider public comments on a request for annexation by Loomis Austin, as <br />agent for Rick Anderson and Bob Mayo, for 563.199 acres of land in the Wm. A. <br />Matthews Survey and the B & G Fulcher Leasue, Hays County and Guadalupe <br />County, Texas, beiniz a portion of that certain tract of land called to be 563.797 <br />acres described in a deed to Stephen R. Smith, et al of record in Volume 2650, Page <br />435, Official Records of Hays County, Texas, also known as the Hillert tract. <br />Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing at 7:01 on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. There <br />were no public comments, and the Public Hearing was closed at 7:02. <br />
