4. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2008 -6, a Master Ordinance establishing the
<br />City of San Marcos, Texas Pass - Through Toll Revenue Financing Program for the
<br />Wonder World Extension Proiect.
<br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by
<br />Councilmember Guerrero, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, to
<br />approve Ordinance 2008 -6, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously.
<br />5. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2008 -7, first supplemental ordinance to the
<br />master ordinance establishing the City of San Marcos, Texas Pass - Through Toll
<br />Revenue Financing Prosram, authorizing the issuance of $42,600,000 in tax
<br />supported parity bonds to provide funding for the Wonder World Extension
<br />roiect.

<br />approve Ordinance 2008 -7, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously.
<br />6. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2008 -8, authorizing the issuance and sale of
<br />Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2008, in an amount
<br />not to exceed $11,960,000.
<br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Guerrero and a second by
<br />Councilmember Bose, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, to
<br />approve Ordinance 2008 -8, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously.
<br />7. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2008 -9, authorizing the issuance and sale of City
<br />of San Marcos, Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 2008, not to exceed
<br />$4,790,000 for projects approved during the 2005 Bond Election, including the
<br />relocation of the Central Fire Station, Sessom Drive reconstruction, Thorpe
<br />Lane /Hopkins Intersection, Victory Gardens Street reconstruction, Bike and
<br />Pedestrian improvements, and the Sprinilake Preserve.

<br />2008, not to exceed $13,915,000 to fund mai or water proi ects, including Rio Vista
<br />Water/Wastewater improvements, River Road water line extension, 24" Trans
<br />Main Springy lake to Comanche, Multi- Service Facility, Victory Gardens water
<br />improvements, Oakrids!e Booster Pump Station improvements, Quail Run water
<br />replacement, Water Pump Station and Distribution improvements, Water Supply,
<br />plus Main extension and replacements; and wastewater projects including WWTP
<br />expansion of Grit Chamber Facility, Wet Weather improvement to WWTP, Factory
