(iv) Sub -District Numbering. It is hereby acknowledged that the references to Sub -Districts are meant <br />to include the area generally in those Sub -Districts as shown on Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and <br />not the actual Sub -Districts, as they may be renumbered and relocated in the future, in accordance <br />with Section 4.01 of this Agreement. <br />All such Public Safety Facilities constructed on the Public Safety Facility Sites must be constructed to City of <br />San Marcos specifications as shown on Exhibit H attached hereto. <br />
