Upon mutual written agreement of the Parties,the final allocation of Cash Grants <br /> may be adjusted between expense categories. The actual amount of Cash Grants will be based on <br /> actual reimbursable expenditures as outlined in Section r, Reimbursement, of Attachment A, and <br /> the total amount of Cash Grants shall not exceed the amount specified in Paragraph 4 of this <br /> Grant Agreement. Any Cash Grants to the Grantee are subject to the requirements set out in <br /> Paragraph 10 of this Grant Agreement. The Grantee shall only invoice and receive <br /> reimbursement for actual Allowable Expenditures incurred. <br /> 16 <br />
