23029354 Page 2 of 5 <br /> which are hereby acknowledged and confessed,the undersigned parties agree as follows: <br /> The Subject Easement(as listed below) is hereby added in its entirety to the Exhibit"A" <br /> of both the Original Assignment and First Correction: <br /> "Easement from T.A.Buckner and Sons to Lower Colorado River Authority <br /> dated February 20,1984,recorded February 22,1984 in Volume 420,Page 783 <br /> of the Deed Records of Hays County,Texas." <br /> The Original Assignment, as the same has been corrected and amended by the First <br /> Correction and as further corrected and amended herein,is hereby ratified,confirmed,adopted and <br /> declared to be in full force and effect in the same manner and with the same effect as if the Subject <br /> Easement had not been included in either the Original Assignment or First Correction. <br /> This Second Correction may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each <br /> counterpart hereof shall be deemed to be an original instrument, but all such counterparts shall <br /> constitute but one instrument. <br /> [signature pages follow] <br /> 2 <br />
