I. Record Keeping.Complete information on the findings of all detailed inspections and <br /> on the maintenance performed must be recorded and kept on file for a minimum of <br /> five years.The type of distress,location,and remedial action,scheduled or performed, <br /> must be documented. The minimum information is: <br /> i. Inspection date; <br /> ii. Location; <br /> iii. Distress types; and <br /> iv. Maintenance scheduled or performed <br /> 2.
