Documentation completed will be retained in keeping with the City's documentation <br /> retention policy, as well as made available to City management as necessary to help in their <br /> documentation of the measures taken for the duration of any defined public health advisory. <br /> 1.7. All employees must also comply with all requirements of this procedure, and promptly report <br /> any observed deviations from this policy to the appropriate supervisory personnel. <br /> 1.8. All personal protective equipment (PPE), general cleaning and disinfecting equipment and <br /> materials required to address the implementation of this SOP with its vehicles and facilities will <br /> be identified, procured, and maintained by the City.These items will follow the guidelines of the <br /> CDC, USDOT, FTA, and State of TX. <br /> D. PROCESS AND PROCEDURES <br /> L Key Personnel <br /> 1.8.1. The following City employees involved in the implementation of this SOP are trained on <br /> its contents: <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> Assistant Director of Public Works <br /> Transit Manager <br /> Other technical staff deemed necessary by the City <br /> 1.8.2. The City, acting through the Director of Public Works, with assistance from the Transit <br /> Manager, in consultation with others listed above, will participate in development of <br /> communication documents related to this SOP,as well as any sharing of data and process <br /> for addressing measures employed under this SOP because of a declared public health <br /> advisory. <br /> 1.8.3. Members of this group will participate in the communication response plan for this SOP, <br /> which includes a combination of public and agency-wide procedures to achieve the <br /> following general measures created by any declared public health advisory: maintain <br /> confidence in the process of cleaning and disinfection by addressing the enhanced <br /> cleanliness needs required; direct public, City personnel to any changes in services, <br /> facility access and hours of operation;direct public,City to distribution of any PPE required <br /> for access to City facilities and vehicles (as required); report potential compromise to <br /> facilities and vehicles requiring immediate action; coordinating activities with <br /> contractors/subcontractors to complete the same. <br />
