o Conduct field investigation to document existing traffic signal infrastructure, including poles, mast arms, signal heads, signs, detection, communication equipment, ground boxes, conduit runs, and controller cabinet. o Prepare traffic signal existing conditions sheet that will show locations of existing traffic signal infrastructure and denote which equipment is to remain and which is to be removed. o Prepare traffic signal proposed conditions sheet that will show the locations of proposed signal poles and mast arms, signal heads, signs on mast arms, pedestal poles, APS push buttons, communication equipment, electrical conduits, and ground boxes. o Prepare traffic signal electrical details sheet to show the location of existing conduit runs and ground boxes, the location of any proposed conduit runs and ground boxes, and the number and type of each cable required to operate the traffic signal. o Prepare traffic signal elevation view sheet to show placement of signal heads and other signal appurtenances on mast arms and pedestal poles. o Incorporate applicable TxDOT standard details. • Incorporate TOOT and City Standard Details • Prepare quantity summaries and update OPCC • Internal quality control reviews of the plan set as well as contract documents • Submit to the City for review and comments IV. 100% Plans & Contract Documents • Incorporate City's comments into 100% plans • Update quantity summaries and update OPCC V. Deliverables • 1 pdf of 90% submittal o Plan Sheets including standards o OPCC • 1 pdf and CADD files for 100% submittal (same as items listed above) • Monthly status report included with monthly invoice 2. Construction Phase Services I. Engineer's Project Manager will attend pre-construction meeting with the City. H. Engineer will provide responses to Contractor's request for information (RFI). III. Engineer will maintain a log and review contractor change order requests and provide recommendation to the City. IV. Engineer will review and maintain a log of shop drawing submittals. V. Attend up to two (2) site meetings as requested, including final walk through.
