Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Annexation <br /> Annexation of approximately 17.937 acres ofland out of the <br /> Barnett IC Kane Survey, Abstract No. 281 (including <br /> adjacent right-of-way),in Hays County,Texas,generally <br /> located at the northeast corner of the Hwy 123 and <br /> Redwood Rd intersection. <br /> The San Marcos City Council will conduct a public hearing via <br /> hybrid,in-person/virtual meeting on the proposed voluntary <br /> annexation by petition of the landowners of the area described <br /> in this notice.At the hearing,the City Council will hear and <br /> consider comments on issues related to the City's proposed <br /> annexation of the area. <br /> AN-2)-08 Map <br /> Public Hearing Date and Time:November 6,2023,at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> Public Hearing Location:This meeting will be via hybrid,in- <br /> person/virtual meeting in the City Council Chambers,630 E. <br /> Hopkins St. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend in person but are <br /> encouraged to watch or participate in the public hearing by <br /> watching the public hearing on Grande channel 16 or Spectrum <br /> channel 10 or by using the following link: <br /> https:Hsamnarcostx.govNideos.
