The Council requested information be provided <br />in the budget process for the removal of the meters. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Manager's Report. Mr. Gilley had <br />no report. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor had <br />no report. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Council's Report. Mayor Morris <br />stated the U. S. Conference of Mayors will hold a conference in <br />April regarding recycling and have an Earth Day Challenge for cities <br />to become involved in purchasing recyclables. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, Sections 2(e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending <br />litigation (GBRA vs. City of Lytle), contemplated litigation and <br />matters where the duty of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to <br />the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas <br />clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17; purchase of real property; <br />duties of a public employee, respectively.
