This task may include developing new or
modifying existing hydrologic and hydraulic models to support City goals. This task may also include
reviewing hydrologic and hydraulic models produced by other consultants for compliance with City
criteria and accuracy.
This task may require use of hydrologic programs such as HEC-HMS, HydroCAD,and Pondpack as well as
hydraulic programs such as HEC-RAS 1D/2D, I nfoWorks ICM,XPSWMM,and HydroCAD.Specific tasks for
modeling assistance may include the following.
a. Develop or Modify Hydrologic and Hydraulic Models
i. Develop models or modify existing models to evaluate existing (pre-project) and proposed
(post-project) conditions.
ii. Conduct modeling of drainage infrastructure such as storm drainage systems, detention
facilities, and conveyance improvements.
b. Review Hydrologic and Hydraulic Models
i. Conduct review of hydrologic and hydraulic models produced by other consultants for
compliance with City criteria, errors and omissions, and reasonableness of results.
Potential deliverables for this task may include hydrologic and hydraulic models; supporting modeling
information; technical memorandums describing model development, adjustments, and results; and
review memorandums outlining errors and omissions.Adetailed scope of work, deliverables, budget and
schedule will be approved by the City prior to issuance of NTP for this task.
11 II''
