Digital Data Deliverable <br /> Prepare SWMP digital supporting data for submittal.The digital data will include the data used <br /> to support and develop the SWMP deliverables, field data collected (notes and photos), <br /> recommended revisions to the City's GIS layers, and other relevant digital data. <br /> Task 8: Stormwater Technical Manual Update <br /> This taskincludes preparing an amendment to the StormwaterTechnical Manual section regardingthe <br /> use of the USACE hydrologic models.The task also includes development of requirements,specifications, <br /> and details related to batch detention. <br /> Task 9: Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br /> Each task will be subjected to internal QA/QC by an independent water resources engineer at Halff <br /> (typically by another office or team).Associated QC documentation will be provided upon request.The <br /> QA/QC program will include a multi-level approach to ensure that senior members review, comment, <br /> and approve the completed work. Quality control checklists shall be created for the data collection, <br /> model development, final SWMP Geodatabase,andfinal reportelements ofthework. Eachchecklist will <br /> include milestone reviews that describe the items to be reviewed and include documentation of the <br /> comments by the reviewer and responses from the design engineer. Deliverables to the City will be <br /> accompanied by a certification that they have been reviewed for quality. <br /> Task 10: Development Review Assistance <br /> This task includes review of Watershed Protection Plan, Site Permit, and Public Improvement <br /> Construction Plan (PICP) along with any other development related review on an hourly basis for <br /> compliance with the City of San Marcos Land Development Code, Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, <br /> and Citytechnical guidance and criteria manuals.This task may include, but not limited to,the review of <br /> the following for compliance with City requirements. <br /> • Commercial and residential development plans and drainage analysis/reports <br /> • Flood studies, CLOMR's, and LOMR's <br /> 10 1 P <br />
