The first annual report will be submitted <br /> March 31, 2025 to include quarterly rollup to overall annual performance for quarterly Performance Measures <br /> as well as the annual Performance Measures for the Program from April 1, 2024,through March 31, 2025. <br /> 2. Reporting upon request by the City <br /> In addition to required reporting on clients,in order to provide information on the Opioid Treatment, <br /> Awareness, and Education to the City community accomplished through Opioid Settlement Funds,the Agency <br /> will report on the following at the City's request: <br /> a.
