B. General Administration The Agency agrees to: 1. Maintain financial records in sufficient detail to show clearly the expenses that are being reimbursed with program funds as detailed Appendix C Budget; and ensure that all personnel working with the program understand they have a responsibility to communicate upward any operating problems and non-compliance with laws and regulations;and 2. Attend any Agency training offered by the City, C. Levels of Accomplishment—Goals and Performance Measures The Agency agrees to provide the levels of program services stated in Appendix B Program Delivery and Performance Timeline. D. Performance Monitoring The Agency shall provide quarterly and one final annual Performance Report on the form provided by the City by March 31, 2025, documenting performance of the Program from April 1, 2024,through March 31, 2025. 11. TIME OF PERFORMANCE A. Term The effective date of this Agreement is April 1, 2024, (the "Effective Date") and the termination date is 12 months afterward, on March 31, 2025. If Agency requires additional time to complete project,a written notice must be submitted 45 days before end of contract. Funding will be available upon the Effective date of this Agreement. B. Performance Schedule The City will monitor the performance of the Agency against goals and performance standards as stated in Appendix B Program Delivery and Performance Timeline. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. The City will send written notification of noncompliance including a deadline for remedying the issue. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Agency by the deadline given in the written notice, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated. in. BUDGET The budget for this program is contained in Appendix C Budget. City agrees to provide Agency$100,000.00, in return for its faithful, diligent, expeditious and satisfactory performance of the activities specified in the Appendices. IV. PAYMENT It is expressly agreed and understood that the total amount to be paid by the City under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount shown in Appendix C Budget.
