➢ Issue Type <br /> ➢ Service Type <br /> • Monthly Reporting—ATC/TRLA will provide monthly reports to include the demographic <br /> information specified in the data collection section above and will include some <br /> narratives content related to successful service outcomes. <br /> ATC/TRLA agrees to the following annual project deliverables: <br /> • 2 monthly outreach trips per month (24 in a one year term) to reach 240 persons. This <br /> may include both events to get the word out, such as targeted flyering or other targeted <br /> outreach to apartment complexes with substantial student populations, as well as Know <br /> Your Rights events to inform tenants about their rights and the services available at <br /> TRLA. <br /> • 30 housing counseling appointments <br /> • 300 online counseling encounters <br /> • 600 telephone counseling sessions <br /> • 27 Total Legal Services Cases, Including: <br /> 0 10 Counsel and Advice Cases <br /> 0 5 Brief Services Cases <br /> 0 12 Extended Services Cases <br /> Payment <br /> The total amount to be paid is $160,000.
