In addition to information provided in the 60% plans,the 90% plans submittal shall include <br /> and Erosion control plan. <br /> 3. In addition to addressing City's 60%OPCC comments, the 90%OPCC shall be updated from <br /> Class 3 to Class 1. <br /> 4.
