Site Visits: Plummer shall conduct up to ten (10) site visits for the purpose of <br /> becoming familiar with the project site and to aid in project design. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Phase 3 Design Survey: <br /> a. Separate CAD files containing topographic surface and hard surface features. <br /> b. Certification letter signed and sealed by RPLS. <br /> 2. Phase 3 Survey of SMEU Improvements: <br /> a. CAD file containing the SMEU improvements. <br /> 3. Phase 3 Design Documents: <br /> a. 60% Plans <br /> b. 60%Technical Specifications <br /> C. 60%(Class 3) OPCC <br /> Task Order 15: Phase 3 90% Design <br /> 1. Update plans, specifications, and OPCC from Task Order 12 to 90%design per City review <br /> comments. <br /> 2. In addition to addressing City's 60% plan comments, 90% plans shall include: <br /> a. General Sheets: <br /> i. Estimates and Quantities Sheets (Up to Fifteen Total) <br /> b. Roadway Sheets: <br /> i. Roadway Interval Sections (600±section cuts anticipated, One Hundred-Fifty <br /> (150) Sheets Total) <br /> ii. Consists of sections every 50 LF and at driveways. <br /> iii. Drainage Sheets: <br /> 1. Hydrologic Calculations (Five Total) <br /> a. Calculations were previously approved by City in the PER and <br /> thus shall not be included in plan set. <br /> b. Rational Method and/or SCS Method calculations shall be <br /> included, showing drainage areas, values used for calculations, <br /> and results for each subbasin. <br /> iv. Wastewater Bypass Pumping Sheets (Six Total) <br /> v. Waterline Sheets: <br /> 1. Pipeline profile <br /> 2. Restrained pipe lengths <br /> 3. Connection details <br /> 3. In addition to addressing City's 60%OPCC comments, the 90%OPCC shall be updated from <br /> Class 3 to Class 1. <br /> 4.
