<br /> 64 <br />Regular Meeting September 9, 1991 Page 7 <br />Government Day is scheduled for December 19. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, Sections 2(e) and (f), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending <br />litigation (City of San Marcos vs. LCRA), contemplated litigation, <br />and matters where the duty of the City Attorney to the City pursuant <br />to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas <br />clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17; and purchase of real <br />property, respectively. Ms. Kissler moved to adjourn into Executive <br />Session at 8:30 p.m. and Mr. Hart seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Hernandez moved the Council reconvene at 9:23 p.m. and Mr. Hart <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:24 p.m. on motion made by Ms. Kissler and <br />seconded by Mr. Hernandez. <br /> fvt., <br /> orrlS <br /> t <br />!
