Methods for Target-Setting
All performance measures and targets are set with industry standards. Most vehicles
used in revenue service for the San Marcos UZA are owned and maintained by
CARTS. City currently owns two vehicles, and is working towards a full city owned
dedicated fleet. City staff will work with CARTS to update targets and measures.
Performance Targets& Measures
2023
Agency Name Asset Category Asset Class
San Marcos Urban Transit District Revenue Vehicles BU - Bus 0%
San Marcos Urban Transit District Revenue Vehicles CU - Cutaway 81%
Capital Asset Inventory
Asset Inventory Summary
Please see attachment B for full list of transit vehicles.
-
Asset Category/Class
-
Revenue Vehicles
BU - Bus 11 7 45,222 $275,000.00
CU - Cutaway Bus 11 6 77,069 $50,000.00
Facilities 1 25.0 N/A N/A
