Applicants must dedicate sufficient right-of-way to the City for <br /> streets and sidewalks.Typical street right-of way widths are 2. A median may be added to the street cross-sections by <br /> increasing the right-of-way width.A median should be 18 feet 1• Boulevard <br /> in width in order to provide for landscaping and turn lanes. The Responsible Official may require turn lanes, and additional <br /> right-of-way beyond that shown in the applicable street typical C.
