At the time of site development permitting, the applicant will <br /> provide an exhibit showing where and how many landscape <br /> islands and trees would have been required and will clearly <br /> identify where replacement trees are located. <br /> & Section 3.6.4.2.B, which requires pedestrian access from building <br /> entrances to public sidewalks, is waived in part such that access will <br /> only be required for non-industrial uses. <br />
