A COMMUNITY-BASED VISION <br /> SECTION 4: AREA PLANS <br /> The fourth section of the Plan provides an overview of the Area Planning approach <br /> and discusses the approach to developing and updating Regional Center plans, as <br /> well as Neighborhood Area Plans. The section concludes with a summary of the <br /> Fiscal Analysis and an overview of each of the areas included in this initial round <br /> of Area Planning. Further information regarding the Fiscal Analysis can be found in <br /> the Appendices. <br /> SECTION 5: IMPLEMENTATION <br /> The last main section of the Plan begins with an overview of the City's overall <br /> planning approach. The section then goes on to identify suggested updates <br /> to other San Marcos plans to ensure they are aligned with the Comprehensive <br /> Plan.
