Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. 2.2 Designate Jennifer Shell, Senior Engineer as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. 2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. 2.4 Provide assistance in locating and opening existing manholes, cleanouts, and access devices as required. 2.5 Provide access to all system appurtenances in the study area. 2.6 Provide a listing of persons to be notified on a daily basis regarding work locations during smoke testing. The City will approve the content of smoke fliers. In addition, the City will provide any available information regarding community groups in the study area. 2.7 Provide water for cleaning operations and the designation of an approved disposal site for debris/sediment removed from the system. The City shall provide review and approval of line segments recommended for cleaning and inspection. 2.8 The City is responsible for the cost of City right-way permits and police escorts as required. 2.9 Provide the personnel and equipment necessary to remove the television camera should it become lodged in the sewer main during operations. The City, however, assumes no liability for damage to the television camera and/or other equipment and the Consultant agrees to exercise every reasonable caution to avoid lodging the camera equipment in the pipeline. The City shall provide approval of line segments recommended for inspection. 2.10 City personnel will attend community meetings. The City will approve any public relations materials prepared for distribution and will also provide input and approval regarding the content for the Project web site. 2.11 Provide input and review regarding the overall progress of the Project and information regarding any potential changes in scope of the Project or other changes in the nature of the Project.
