1.14.2 Provide five (5) copies, as well as digital copies in Word and PDF, of the Draft Report to <br />the City for review and comment. The data and conclusions presented in the draft report will be <br />subject to finalization by the Consultant based on comments from the City. <br />1.15 TASK 16 -FINAL REPORT <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.15.1 Develop a final report, which incorporates comments from the City stemming from the <br />draft report. The final report will include the following items: <br />a) Review and evaluation of City comments, and incorporation as appropriate; <br />b) Provision of a table of recommended segments to be replaced or rehabilitated in a <br />format directed by the City's representative for Capital Planning purposes. <br />1.15.2 Provide five (5) bound copies and one (1) unbound copy of the final report and electronic <br />copies of the report in Word and PDF formats. In addition, the Consultant will provide the <br />following electronic deliverables: <br />a) All collected field data in Microsoft Access 2000 format; and <br />b) All report text, exhibits, and graphics. <br />1.16 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br />1.16.1 Since the Consultant's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including minor <br />deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Consultant for <br />Additional Services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services described <br />in this Agreement. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain <br />the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. The Consultant's provision of <br />inframetrix inspection services and heavy duty sewer cleaning are specifically considered to be <br />additional services. <br />1.16.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.3 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />GSWW, Inc. Contract <br />11 <br />
