1.13.3 Provide a written report detailing the methods used to determine the recommended <br />system rehabilitation; listings of defects; digital photographs of the noted system defects; <br />construction cost estimates; and quantity of inflow/infiltration removed by the recommended <br />improvements for City review. In addition, the Consultant will provide five (5) copies, as well <br />as digital copies in Word and PDF, of the Engineering Data Analyses Report to the City for <br />review and comment. <br />1.14 TASK 13 -DRAFT REPORT <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.14.1 Develop a draft report for submission to the City for review and comment prior to the <br />development of the final report. The following items shall be addressed in the draft report: <br />a) Executive Summary <br />b) General <br />c) Conclusions and Recommendations <br />1) Recommended Replacement/Rehabilitation Cost Estimates; <br />2) Public Sector Repairs-Capital Improvement Program; and <br />3) Private Sector Repairs. <br />d) Expected Reduction in Peak Inflow and Infiltration <br />1) Total I/I Reduction; <br />2) Public I/I Reduction; and <br />3) Private I/I Reduction. <br />e) Tabular listings for all data acquired in the following categories: <br />1) Manhole and cleanout inspection summary; <br />2) Manhole defects; <br />3) Pipeline defects; <br />4) Lateral defects; <br />5) Wastewater main summary by basin and pipe size; <br />6) Root infestation data; <br />7) Smoke test data -deficiency and location; <br />8) TV inspection by segment, length, and pipe diameter; and <br />9) Additional recommended TV work, if any, by segment, length, and pipe diameter. <br />fj Tabular listing of the following data: <br />1) Recommendations: <br />a) Rehabilitation recommendation per deficiency, including estimated <br />percentage and total infiltration and inflow removal to be achieved, <br />and estimated cost; and <br />b) Summary of recommended plan, including estimated percentage and total <br />infiltration and inflow to be removed, and cost. <br />GSWW, Inc.
