a) Project strategy; <br />b) City and Consultant Project input regarding schedules and <br />deliverables; <br />c) Report and technical memorandum presentations; <br />d) Status of all field work; <br />e) Status of identified system defects; and <br />f) Status of all reporting and technical tasks. <br />1.12.2 Provide all meeting agendas, handouts, and presentation materials for the Project <br />meetings. The Consultant will provide facilities for the meetings or meetings will be held at a <br />specified City facility. The Consultant will provide minutes for all meetings. <br />1.13 TASK 12 -ENGINEERING DATA ANALYSIS, RECOMMENDED <br />REHABILITATION SUMMARIES AND COST ESTIMATES <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.13.1 Evaluate and analyze the data collected, review videotapes of the television inspection, <br />and present the results in the form of a report. The report shall include the following items: <br />a) A List of all public and private deficiencies identified during the field investigation <br />tasks. The following will be listed for each deficiency: <br />1) Identified Infiltration/Inflow Quantities; <br />2) Recommended Rehabilitation Method; and <br />3) Estimated Rehabilitation Cost. <br />b) An evaluation of identified system deficiencies and rehabilitation recommendations. <br />c) An analysis of available rehabilitation methods, including but not limited to the <br />following: <br />1) Main replacement; <br />2) Point repair (including re-setting castings on manholes and cleanouts); <br />3) Chemical grouting of joints; <br />4) Trenchless Technology (destructive and non-destructive methods); <br />5) Manhole rehabilitation; <br />6) Manhole replacement; <br />7) Relief main construction; and <br />8) Re-routing sewage flows. <br />d) Graphical summaries of recommended system rehabilitation. <br />e) A detailed cost estimate for the recommended rehabilitation/replacement plan. <br />1.13.2 Note all system defects by referencing existing City manhole numbers. The Consultant <br />will base its rehabilitation recommendations on constructability, cost, and effect on overall <br />system performance. The Consultant will segregate maintenance related improvements and <br />Capital Improvement Program recommendations and will prioritize all recommendations for <br />rehabilitation based on the goals of the overall Project. <br />GSWW, Inc.
