d) Integrate the City's public relations philosophy into the overall public sector <br />communications program ;and <br />e) Develop an external and internal project web site. <br />1.10.3 Distribute door hangers for smoke testing 24 hours prior to smoke testing in a particular <br />area. The Consultant will ensure that all field personnel will be identifiable as working for the <br />Consultant or one of its subconsultants, and will carry a statement from the City indicating that <br />the work is being performed for the City. <br />1.10.4 Provide materials (slides, presentation boards, etc.) for community meetings as required <br />and other public relations materials as required. The Consultant will develop and host a Project <br />Web Site. The City will approve all content prior to posting. <br />1.11 TASK 10 -PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.11.1 Supervise subconsultants, project administration and management, scheduling of field <br />tasks, and general management and supervision of field personnel. It also includes the quality <br />assurance/control of all fieldwork, data management and security, data collection activities, <br />engineering evaluations, and report preparation. <br />1.11.2 Prepare and submit for approval, the following items: <br />a) Monthly invoices in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement and City guidelines; <br />b) All Project technical memorandums and task deliverables; and <br />c) All field data in Microsoft Access 2000 format. <br />1.11.3 Provide management, supervision, and coordination of all engineering and field tasks. <br />1.11.4 Provide all traffic control plans and measures to meet current Manual on Uniform Traffic <br />Control Devices ("MUTCD") codes. <br />1.11.5 Provide all Project schedules, updates, status reports, and appropriate invoicing. <br />1.12 TASK 11 -MONTHLY PROJECT MEETINGS <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.12.1 Conduct monthly Project status meetings to exchange information with the City Project <br />Team, document meeting decisions and action items, assign activities to team members. The <br />Consultant will submit preliminary data, technical memorandums, and reports to the City for <br />review and comment. The monthly meeting that will provide a forum for discussion of the <br />following items: <br />GSWW, Inc. Contract <br />8 <br />
