Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, in the City of San Marcos <br />City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Discussion on upcoming annual appointments to the various Boards and Commissions, <br />and provide direction to staff. <br />The Council provided direction for the nominations of the various Boards and Commissions, <br />who will be appointed on December 16, 2009. <br />4. Invocation <br />Robin Steele, Pastor of Promiseland Church, provided the invocation. <br />5. Pledge of Allegiance <br />0 Councilmember Bose led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
