6. Citizen Comments • <br />Camille S. Phillips, P.O. Box 624, San Marcos, Texas. Ms. Phillips requested the Council pull <br />item 16 from the Consent Agenda and table it until all missing documents are in and until it can <br />go to Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />William Meek, 114 Kathryn Cove, San Marcos, Texas. Mr. Meek spoke regarding item 16 and <br />on behalf of this neighborhood, which supports the city and their growth. He stated this <br />Resolution is about live, work and play <br />C. Williams, 814 N. Bishop, San Marcos, Texas. Regarding item 16, Mr. Williams encouraged <br />the Council to wait until experts have made their determinations before a vote is taken on this <br />agreement. <br />Ben Patterson, 712 Valley Street, San Marcos, Texas. Regarding item 16, Mr. Patterson stated <br />he feels there are several important documents missing and Council should wait until all the <br />documents are in. <br />Lisa Marie Coppoletta, 516 Harvey, San Marcos, Texas. Regarding item 16, Ms. Coppoletta <br />stated she feels procedural issues that were not followed on this agreement and is missing <br />informational documents. She also encouraged the Council to not put development agreements <br />on the Consent Agenda. <br />• <br />Gordon Muir, Buie Ranch, San Marcos, Texas. Regarding item 16, Mr. Muir thanked the <br />Council for their hard work. He also stated he has worked very closely with City Staff and it was <br />a pleasure working with them. He requested the Council to approve this agreement. <br />Steve Ramsey, 2108 Hunter Road, San Marcos. Regarding item 16, Mr. Ramsey stated he <br />represents the owner of this property. Mr. Ramsey read a letter of support from Franklin Square <br />Homeowners Association, Inc. <br />Amy Kirwin, 1131 MLK, San Marcos. Regarding item 16, Ms. Kirwin stated she is the <br />President of the San Marcos Council of Neighborhoods Association and is requesting this item <br />be tabled. <br />Shaune Maycock, 1900 Aquarena Springs 46102, San Marcos. Regarding item 31, Mr. Maycock <br />encouraged the Council to discuss this as it is an important issue. <br />Sherri Bilson, San Marcos. Regarding item 16, Ms. Bilson stated they do not want another <br />Sagewood, which is what this development would be. <br />7. Staff Reports. <br />A.
