• Porterfield, the City Council voted five (5) for and two (2) opposed, with Councilmembers Bose <br />Thomaides voting against, to adopt Resolution 2009-1697R, as previously captioned. The <br />motion carried. <br />28. Consider adoption of Ordinance 2009-76, on emergency, amending the City's 2009- <br />2010 budget to amend the personnel roster for the San Marcos Fire Department; and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Terry and a second by Councilmember <br />Couch, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) against, to adopt Ordinance 2009-76, <br />as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />29. Consider appointment of a City Council Member to the Efficiency Task Force. <br />30. Update and discussion on the Sink Creek Interceptor Wastewater Line; and provide <br />direction to staff. <br />31. Discussion on Individual Campaign Contribution Limits, and provide direction to staff. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Porterfield and a second by <br />Councilmember Couch, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to table <br />items 29-31 until December 16, 2009.
