Consider approval of the Quarterly Investment Report for quarter ending September • <br />30, 2009 and provide direction to staff. <br />Items 10, 11, 12, 16, and 17 were pulled from the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Bose and a second by Councilmember <br />Couch, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, less items 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(10)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by <br />Councilmember Jones the City Council voted six (6) for and one (1) opposed, with <br />Councilmember Jones voting against, to adopt Ordinance 2009-78, as previously captioned. The <br />motion carried. <br />(11)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomaides and a second by <br />Councilmember Couch, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, with <br />Councilmember Jones absent from the dais, to adopt Resolution 200-170R, as previously <br />captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(12)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Bose and a second by Councilmember <br />Terry, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, with Councilmember Jones <br />absent from the dais, to adopt Resolution 2009-171R, as previously captioned. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />(16)MOTION. Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by <br />Councilmember Porterfield, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, with <br />Councilmember Jones absent from the dais, to adopt Resolution 2009-175R, as previously <br />captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(17)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by <br />Councilmember Porterfield, the City Council voted five (5) for, one (1) opposed and one (1) <br />abstaining, with Councilmember Bose voting against and Councilmember Thomaides abstaining, <br />to adopt Resolution 2009-176R, as previously captioned. Public Hearing to receive comment for and against the CDBG 2008 Program Year <br />Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). <br />Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing at 8:00 p.m. <br />There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:01 p.m. <br />22.
