PROPOSED REVISIONS TO CITY CHARTER SECTION 7.06--Powers and duties of the planning commission. NOW READS: Planning commission shall have the power and be required to: (1) Submit recommendations and observations to the city council all proposals including a determination of: on (a) Compliance with the master plan and (b) Environmental impact statements; (2) Hold an annual public hearing to review the master plan; (3) Submit at least annually to the city council and the zoning commission not less than one hundred twenty (l20) days prior to the beginning of the fiscal year, a list of recommended changes, if any, in the master plan; (4) Review all plans for platting and subdividing of land within city and within adjacent areas as permitted by law; the (5) Hold an annual ordinance; public hearing to review the subdivision (6) Submit annually to the city council not less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the beginning of the fiscal year, a list of reco~mended capital improvements found necessary or desirable; and (7) Request, respond and receive from the zoning commission recommendations or determinations on any proposal. any REVISE TO READ: The planning commission shall have the power and be required to: (1) Submit recommendations and observations to the city council all proposals which include a determination of: on (a) Compliance with the master plan, and (b) Environmental impact statements; (2) Perform of the conduct review; prior to changes, an ongoing review of the master plan, with each element plan being reviewed at least once each three (3) years; an annual public hearing in connection with this and submit not less than one hundred twentv (120) days the beginning of the fiscal year, a list of recommended if any, in the master plan~ (3) Review all plans for platting and subdividing of land within city and within adlacent areas as permitted by law; the
