• (3) Seeking advice of other City departments and coordinating any <br />recommendations from such departments concerning the application or <br />petition; <br />(4) Initially deciding the application or petition, where so authorized; <br />(5) Determining a request for exemption; <br />(6) Preparing reports to and advising any board, commission or the City <br />Council that has responsibility for making recommendations on or <br />deciding the application or petition; <br />(7) Promulgating additional or modified policies, standards and administrative <br />rules for adoption by the City Council that apply to the application or <br />petition; <br />(8) Initiating enforcement actions concerning compliance with the standards <br />applicable to the application or petition and the conditions imposed <br />thereon; and <br />(9) Taking all other actions necessary for administration of the provisions of <br />this Land Development Code with respect to the application or petition. <br />• SECTION 4. Section 1.2.2.2, Planning Director, subsection (a) is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />(a) Responsible Official. The Planning Director refers to the person or persons <br />designated by the City Manager to carry out the duties of the Planning Director as <br />described in this Land Development Code. The Planning Director is the responsible <br />official for the following types of development applications and relief petitions: <br />(l) Petition for amending Master Plan; <br />(2) Petition for a development agreement; <br />(3) Petition for a zoning map amendment, including a petition for creation of <br />an overlay district, Planned Development PD district, historic district or <br />historic landmark, and Development Transfer (DT) district; <br />(4) Petition for a development transfer; <br />(5) Application for a Conditional Use Permit; <br />(6) Application for a Cluster Development Plan; <br />0 (7) Application for a special exception;
