a. Efficiency apartment: 1 1/2 spaces. <br />• b. One-bedroom apartment: Two spaces. <br /> C. Two-bedroom apartment: 2 1/2 spaces. <br /> d. Three bedrooms or more: One space per bedroom. <br /> e. Where offices are provided on the site, visitor parking must be provided <br /> as per the office parking requirements outlined in this Section. Where <br /> clubhouses are provided on the site, appropriate off-street parking must <br /> be provided as per the eating and drinking establishments requirements <br /> outlined in this Section. <br />(3) Group home: Four spaces. <br />(4) Residential care facility: One space per each two persons capacity. <br />(5) High schools and vocational schools: One space for every three students, faculty <br /> and staff, based on maximum design capacity. <br />(6) All other schools: One space for each classroom plus one for each 15 students. <br />(7) Libraries, laboratories, and student centers: One space for each 300 square feet <br /> of floor area. <br />(8) Lodging houses and boarding houses: One space per each two persons capacity <br /> of overnight sleeping facilities. <br />• (9) Residence halls, fraternity buildings, and sorority buildings: One space per <br /> person capacity of permanent sleeping facilities. Additional parking spaces may <br /> be required by the Planning and Zoning Commission for fraternity and sorority <br /> buildings as a condition of the Specific Use Permit where the building does not <br /> provide permanent sleeping facilities for all members of the organization. <br />(10) Subsections (7) through (10) of this Section shall not apply to private schools <br />which do not permit students to bring motor vehicles to the institution; however, <br />the educational institution shall be required to provide adequate off-street parking <br />for faculty, administrative personnel, and athletic events including visiting of <br />parents or other personnel. Requirement will be calculated based on the <br />ordinance requirements for the individual uses. <br />(11) Dance, assembly and exhibition halls without fixed seats: One space for each <br />100 square feet used for assembly or dancing. <br />(12) Theaters, auditoriums, churches, assembly halls, sports arena, stadiums: One <br />space for each four seats of capacity in the main auditorium, sanctuary, or other <br />area containing fixed seating. <br />(13) Conference center/convention center: One space for each four seats or one <br />space for every 100 square feet of gross floor area, based on maximum design <br />capacity whichever is less. <br />(14) Office and professional uses outside the central business area, unless otherwise <br />described in this Section, including but not limited to financial institutions, real <br />• estate offices, insurance agents, law offices, architects' offices, stock brokers, <br />research services, administrative offices, etc.: One space for each 300 square <br />feet of gross floor area.
