The City is hereby divided into zones, or districts, and the <br /> boundaries of zones and districts set out herein are delineated <br /> A. Section <br /> District Characterized by primarily agricultural uses with woodlands, wetlands and scattered buildings. 4.4.1.1 <br /> SF-R Single Family Rural The SF-R Rural Residential District is intended for the development of single family uses in Section <br /> Residential District larger lot subdivision in a more rural setting. 4.4.1.2 <br /> The SF-6 district is intended to accommodate single family detached houses with a minimum <br /> SF-6 Single Family District-6 lot size of 6,000 square feet. Characterized by smaller landscaped areas with moderate Section <br /> setbacks and more frequent pedestrian use. Uses that would substantially interfere with the 4.4.1.3 <br /> residential nature of the district are not allowed. <br /> The SF-4.5 district is intended to accommodate single family detached houses with a <br /> SF-4.5 Single Family District-4.5 minimum lot size of 4,500 square feet. Characterized by smaller landscaped areas with Section <br /> moderate setbacks and more frequent pedestrian use.
