RESOLUTION NO. 2025-99R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> RCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE NONPROFIT <br /> WINGS OF WARRIORS ORGANIZATION FOR THE TEXAS CAPITAL <br /> AIR SHOW—SAN MARCOS IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000.00 OF <br /> HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX TO SUPPORT MARKETING EFFORTS FOR <br /> THE AIR SHOW TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 1-2, 2025; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br /> CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached contract with the nonprofit Wings of Warriors in the amount <br /> of $100,000.00 of hotel occupancy tax funds to support their marketing efforts for the Texas <br /> Capital Air Show is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Contract on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
