Mr. Plummer moved to amend section 2-4(b) (e) to not require a permit for banners and Mr. Hart seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Hernandez, Hart, Morris, Kissler, Plummer. NAY: Moore. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Morris stated she was still not comfortable with the 500 feet spacing. The Council then voted unanimously for approval of the Ordinance on first reading. M. VERAMENDI SURVEY NO. ONE, IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 303 PARKER DRIVE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
