<br /> work, deliverables, schedule, and a proposal for your consideration.

<br /> As part of this work effort, we will perform a lifecycle cost analysis of the existing building systems to include
<br /> current capital investment, current operating costs, and future capital replacement costs.The analysis will also
<br /> include risk analysis of existing building systems.
<br /> Facilities will be assessed by our assessment teams comprised of qualified architects, engineers and/or
<br /> construction professionals. Our teams will include a professional to assess architectural and mechanical,
<br /> electrical and plumbing components of your facilities.
<br /> Our teams will evaluate the condition and estimate the remaining service life for the purposes of renewal
<br /> forecasting for the building systems shown below.
