<br /> 96 <br />Regular Meeting November 26, 1990 Page 9 <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, Sections 2(e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending <br />litigation (GBRA vs. City of Lytle, Et AI; City of San Marcos vs. <br />LCRA), contemplated litigation and matters where the duty of the <br />City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Professional <br />Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with <br />Article 6252-17; purchase of real property, lease of real property; <br />appointment of a public officer; duties of public officers, <br />respectively. Mr. Hernandez moved to adjourn at 12:10 a.m. and Mr. <br />Hart seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Hart moved to reconvene at 2:36 a.m. and Mr. Guerra seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 2:37 a.m. on motion made by Ms. Kissler and <br />seconded by Mr. Hernandez. <br />~,.~ ~~~~ <br /> M,ay~ .
