City of San Marcos Five Year Consolidated Plan for the 2025-2029 Program Years— FINAL—Last Updated 08/08/25 <br /> Of the 6,600 households with incomes 0-30% of median, 71% (4,690) of them have one or more severe housing problems; however <br /> 100% (175) of Black/African American households and 100% (10) of the American Indian/Alaskan Native households in the same <br /> income category have one or more severe housing problems. <br /> Of the 6,600 households with incomes 0-30%of median, 15%(1,010) of them have no income but none of the other housing problems; <br /> however 42% (25) of Asian households have no income, but none of the other housing problems. <br /> None of the other income categories show disproportionate impact for severe housing problems. <br /> Consolidated Plan SAN MARCOS 55 <br />
