comply with all TxDOT requirements for federally funded highway projects, as <br />applicable. <br />Article VIII: Sources and Uses of Funds. <br />8.1 City estimates that the cost of completing the City Segment will be approximately <br />Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000 USD). This sum would be paid from the <br />following sources: Proceeds from the Sale of Certificate of Obligation in the <br />amount of Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000 USD) and Two Million Dollars <br />($2,000,000 USD) to be paid by County to City as provided in Section 6.2 of this <br />Agreement. Payment for water and wastewater lines along the City Segment and <br />along the County Segment shall be paid from City's capital improvement <br />program. <br />8.2 County estimates that the cost of completing the County Segment will be One <br />Million, Three Hundred Thousand dollars ($1,300,000 USD). This sum would <br />be paid from the following source: interest accrued on funds from the issuance of <br />road bonds that were authorized by the vote of the citizens of Hays County on <br />June 2, 2001. <br />8.3 County estimates that the cost of completing FM 110 from McCarty Lane to SH <br />123 will be Eighteen Million, Fifty Thousand Dollars ($18,050,000 USD). This <br />sum would be paid from the following source: funds arising from the issuance of <br />road bonds that may be authorized by the vote of the citizens of Hays County on <br />or about November 4, 2008. <br />
