Mr. Brown moved to approve a 9 member board as suggested above, with each Board appointing their own 3 members, a six month time period to work with and to include the P&Z Department. Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Stokes introduced for consideration an Ordinance on third and final reading, the caption of which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT NO. ONE AND PART OF LOT NO. TWO IN BLOCK FIFTEEN OF THE LINDSEY HARVEY ADDITION, FROM "p" (PUBLIC USE) TO "D" (MULTI- FÄMILY DWELLING DISTRICT). The City Manager stated that there was still some engineering work that needed to be done on this request. Mr. Brown moved to table this item until the April 13th meeting.
