Roll Call <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2009 in the San Marcos City Hall Conference Room, 6' )0 East <br />Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Review format from 2004 Report. <br />Commissioner Brown and Chairman Pendergast felt the format of the 2004 Report was a good <br />structure to go by. Commissioner Occhialini asked that the Appendix D — Matrix be provided at <br />the next meeting. <br />4. Discuss Board/Commission meetings each person has attended. <br />Chairman Pendergast stated there are some Commissions that have more than 2 members <br />attending and others that have 1 member attending. The Commissioners reviewed the members <br />attending the different Boards and Commission and made changes (updated assignment sheet <br />attached). <br />5. Discuss the "Sunset Review Commission Worksheet for Board and Commission Meeting <br />Reviews" as it relates to effectively carrying out the intent of the Sunset Commission <br />
