e) Printing. Mapping prepared by City (GIS in 24" x 36" or 36" x 48" format). This <br />preliminary mapping coordination will occur with City staff prior to the Charrette as <br />well as the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, street banners and <br />other forms of advertisement. <br />f) GIS Workstation: municipal computer with Arcview or City of San Marcos GIS <br />software, with access to City of San Marcos GIS database. <br />g) Preparatory Analysis, Code Comparison and Integration into Existing Ordinances, <br />Background Information, Synoptic Survey, Equivalency Tables, TIF/TIRZ, <br />Economic Analysis and Development, and Legal Calibration of Article One of the <br />SmartCode. <br />The Consultant will inform the City as soon as reasonably possible if the above information, <br />once received by the Consultant, is adequate for the preparation and successful facilitation of the <br />Charrette and, alternatively, if additional surveys, studies, or other information are necessary to <br />provide a financially feasible and politically plausible FBC. <br />2.3 Examine all reports, specifications, analyses, proposals, reviews and other documents <br />presented by the Consultant to the City, and promptly render within seven calendar days or less, <br />in writing, any decisions necessary to successful continuation of performance of tasks set forth in <br />this Agreement or attachments hereto, either present or future. <br />2.4 Provide to the Consultant: <br />a) Studio space during the Charrette consisting of: <br />1) 1,500 square feet to accommodate work space for eight people, twelve 6' x 30" <br />tables, <br />2) Stakeholder meeting space, and <br />3) Public meeting space large enough to invite the general public for community <br />presentations; and <br />b) Equipment access and use during the Charrette, including scanner, copier, post-script <br />compatible printer, City GIS workstation, IT support, high-speed Internet access. The <br />equipment will provide color 11 x 17 output. <br />2.5 Designate Matthew Lewis, Assistant Director of Development Services as the City's <br />Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this <br />Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant <br />and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />2.6 Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br />PlaceMakers, LLC Agreement
