must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.2 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $50,000.00. <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />2.1 Provide guidelines and feedback to the Consultant concerning the City's requirements for <br />services, land use and development goals and objectives, meeting schedules, and identification of <br />stakeholders. <br />2.2 Upon request by Consultant, furnish the Consultant with copies of data, surveys and other <br />materials and information required for the Charrette, SmartCode, and regulating plan. The City <br />will furnish the Consultant with copies of official data and information in the City's possession <br />needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. In particular, the City will provide the <br />following prior to the Charrette: <br />a) City mapping in digital and print formats, including the following: <br />1) Parcel lines within the City limits. <br />2) Edge of pavement on all thoroughfares, parking areas & sidewalks. Include curb <br />and gutter where it exists. <br />3) Existing topography in 2' intervals. <br />4) Building footprints, if available. <br />5) Existing site utilities. <br />6) Proposed utility infrastructure. <br />7) Existing drainages, whether permanent or seasonal. <br />b) Aerial photography of the City at the same scale as the survey, print and digital. <br />c) Recent soil analysis studies, traffic studies and market studies as available. <br />d) Governmental Documents: <br />1) Copies of the comprehensive plan; <br />2) Current zoning, subdivision regulations and all ordinances that will be integrated <br />into the FBC. <br />3) Existing zoning maps and all development related ordinances in print and digital <br />formats. <br />MaceMakers, LLC Agreement
