5) THENCE, along said curve to the right of 1753.00 feet radius, an arc distance of <br />190.38 feet, having an angle of intersection of 06°13'21" (the long chord of said curve <br />bears North 65°45'15" West, a distance of 190.29 feet), to a calculated point in the <br />northwesterly line of said Perez tract and in a southeasterly line of said Edmund Jaster <br />Hays County Partnership tract, same being North 44°08'01" East, a distance of 1886.94 <br />feet from a calculated point at the most westerly corner of said Perez tract and the most <br />southerly corner of said Edmund Jaster Hays County Partnership tract; <br />6) THENCE, North 44°08'01" East, a distance of 26.13 feet, with the northwesterly line <br />of said Perez tract and a southeasterly line of said Edmund Jaster Hays County <br />Partnership tract, to the Point of Beginning and containing an area of 0.243 of one acre <br />of land, more or less. <br />I hereby declare that this survey was made on the ground, under my supervision, and that <br />it substantially complies with the current Texas Society of Professional Surveyors <br />standards. <br />UAA ©. l 3 t vQ <br />Eduardo 0.
