Council Electronic Policy Handbook Acknowledgement Form I understand and acknowledge the following: I acknowledge that I have received the following policies and will be accountable to adhere to the information contained within them. I understand that if I have questions, at any time, regarding any of these policies, I will consult with the City Clerk, or the City Manager. The policies listed below are included in the City of San Marcos Council Electronic Policy Handbook: • Council Technology Acquisition Policy - version 08/01/2025 • Council Member Electronic Use Policy - version 08/01/2025 These policies will be provided to Council Members by the City Clerk both by hard copy and electronically. I understand that violation of these policies may result in denial of access to the City's network and could subject me to civil or criminal penalties if I violate local, state or federal laws.
